INFORMATION FOR MATCH OFFICIALS SEASON 2026 – 2027
1. The Home Club will contact the Match Officials at least FIVE DAYS before the date of the game and failure to do so must be reported to the Competition Secretary.
2. After accepting an appointment, no Match Official shall not be allowed to cancel such appointment except to take a priority appointment as laid down by the Rules of the Football Association or for such reasonable cause as is accepted by the Competition Secretary.
3. All Match Officials must be in attendance at least forty-five minutes prior to the specified kick-off. time.
4. Referees must fully complete the onlne match report form on the League web site.
5. Dress Code: Match Officials should be dressed appropriately, smart but casual or a track suit.
6. This Scale of Fees and Expenses payable to Match Officials will apply for Season 2025 – 2026

NOTE:
In the event of a match not being played because of circumstances over which the Clubs have no control, the Match Officials, if present, shall be entitled to half their fee plus expenses. When a match is not played owing to one Club being in default, that Club shall be ordered to pay the Officials, if they attend the ground, their full fee and expenses
IT IS REQUIRED THAT WHENEVER POSSIBLE, MATCH OFFICIALS WILL TRAVEL TOGETHER IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THE OVERALL COSTS TO CLUBS.
